Before doing any asana on the wall think over the succession of the entire yoga complex that you have planned to practice, every detail of entering, going through and exiting asana. If you have any problems, consult the instructor or ask another practitioner to watch over you.

Relax on #yogawall

Only at the wall, in this inverted position accompanied by active full yoga breath one can completely relax, relieve pressure on the spinal cord and increase the intervertebral disk space.

All asans are dynamic

In the complex structure of traditional hatha-yoga we can single out dynamic exercises – vinyasas, and static poses  asanas. Nevertheless all asanas are more or less dynamic: even in poses that seem static a yogi continues to twist the spine, stretch out the channels, breathe pranayamas and stretch on doing micro movements even in the terminal positions, focus his gaze at certain points (drishti) and in some cases keep bandhas muscle locks.
